Okay so, i basically noticed that HallsofPain consists of 5 Things. Gaming, Discussion, Graphics, Poetry and BAD-REALM. That essentially sums up HallsofPain. But i felt like we were trying to be all that in 1 site, and cutting down on the quality of each section, because they were smaller and done almost half assed.

With this new setup, each section will kind of be independant from the website, each an independant part of the community that is HallsofPain. Having Graphics and Poetry setup this way, gives them alot of room to grow. Basically we want to make those sections are a Graphics website,and a Poetry website, i really want to expand those,and we will.

So, with these changes and divisions in HallsofPain i mentioned independant parts working together. This means that there will be a change in staff, and this new setup will make the staff work smoother i think. First off, there are no longer Super Moderators. Instead, there will be 5 Admins, Plus the Root Admins. That Means: Graphics Admin, Poetry Admin, Discussion Admin, Gaming Admin, BAD-Realm Admin, plus the root, whos job will be website management globally. Each Admin will have access and ability to change their own layouts, and do as they please, they will also be responsibe for advertising their sections and making them grow. They will Also manage their own Staff. Which is where the new modearators layout comes in. From now on, the moderators will be: Graphics Moderators, Poetry Moderators, Discussion Moderators or Gaming Moderators, or BAD-REALM Moderators. This means that EVERY member on the staff will be re-evaluated before they are put back on staff, based on if your new admin feels they need you on their staff.

This is our new layout, and it is based on the expansion of www.HallsofPain.com,lets do our best to keep expanding as we have been. I need Affiliates, Bots running,and new members.
